T O P I C R E V I E WSolar_Leo_QueenHello all, I haven't been practicing horary readings for a while. I'm trying to brush up on them lately. I just had a situation come up earlier that I thought I should create a chart for. This is what I have: The situation is that the lady who I did co-op for while I was in hair school called me about a new opportunity she's coming up with. She's opening a ladie's club, kinda like the female version of a men's club, where women can get pampered with hair and aesthetics services and as well as go shopping for local designer clothes. She wants me as her junior stylist and she has been trying to talk me into working for her for a while now. It sounds like a really great opportunity. At first, she and her business partner denied me the apprenticeship because they didn't know if they could afford if. But now she's venturing on her own with the fashion designer as her new business partner. I would really like to try it because there's a huge possibility for exponential growth for my career. However, I love the place I work at right now too becuase my current boss is literally the best boss I've had so far. He treats me well as an employee and he's like a father figure to me. He's great at what he does and I pretty much learn by watching. But his business is kinda dying because there's literally only him now that works as a full-time stylist and just me that's his assistant and apprentice. I've been having a hard time getting clientele in because of the location (it used to be a hip street but not anymore) and prices. The other lady's salon will probably have a similar price range, but they're opening it in the new hottest street in the city where all the restaurants and other businesses are. I'm most likely gonna get a chance to build clientele there than where I'm at right now. I just don't know how my current boss would feel about it since the two stylists he had left already left.So far, the chart looks good, although Mercury is in fall position. My significator in Pisces definitely shows how I feel about the whole thing--confused and a bit worried of my boss's feelings. The Sun is also in detriment, although I have no idea what that means or how to interpret it. I'm guessing it represents my current boss who is an authority figure to me? I think that's what it would be. Since Gemini is on the 10th, it means Mercury also rules the lady who wants me to work for her (call her V). So I'm not really sure if I should use that as her significator or my significator. But it would also make sense if it was her significator because she's still waiting on the deal for the building they want and it's unsure yet which one they are gonna get. I also remember that the Moon shows the outcome and can be used as a co-significator. That being exalted in Taurus is a good sign and will bring me security. Venus and Saturn both trine Moon is also a good sign for me. Jupiter in the 4th in home sign is probably also a sign I should take this offer.Overall, I think this will be a great opportunity for me and based on the chart, my current boss will be supportive of me as it is for the greater good (Sun in Aquarius). What do you guys think?RandallBump!kirkiMost people dont use outer planets in horary, but sometimes i do.And in this chart neptune plays a role ,since squares jupiter and will square mercury. That makes me think that though the woman has good intentions ,something isnt right.I think there is a hidden disappointment somewhere.Thats my opinion.RandallBump!Solar_Leo_Queen quote:Originally posted by kirki:Most people dont use outer planets in horary, but sometimes i do.And in this chart neptune plays a role ,since squares jupiter and will square mercury. That makes me think that though the woman has good intentions ,something isnt right.I think there is a hidden disappointment somewhere.Thats my opinion.Thank you for your input! She actually hasn't contacted me since, so I guess it's a no for this one. Maybe you are right that she hasn't sorted it out yet. Thanks again 😊Solar_Leo_Queen-RandallThanks, kirki.
